Customize Your Chat Bubble

Skilly's on-site chat interface is fast becoming a preferred user experience on websites, and if you'd like to feature yours more prominently while keeping it on brand, you have plenty of options.

To customize your chat bubble, navigate to AI Agent > Customize > Share & Deploy:

Customization Options

Chat bubble width: on desktop screens, this will decide how wide the chat graphic displays.

Add custom icon: this icon displays next to your personalized message on desktop screens. For mobile screens and other compressed views, your icon will display instead of your full chat bubble.

Personalize your message: if you're using the preset chat bubble, this is the text that introduces skilly.

Custom image: this option will replace all of the customizations above with a graphic of your choice, which will be displayed as-is, unmodified. To get an idea of what that can look like, check out our client Point Park University:
